The price of bitcoin on global exchanges like CoinMarketCap, Coinbase and Binance is $20,587 (approximately Rs 16.3 lakh). Ether, the world’s second most popular cryptocurrency, also did not perform well over the weekend. At the time of writing this, Ether is valued at $1,219 (approximately Rs 96,555) on Coinswitch Kuber, while the value of this crypto on global exchanges is $1,154 (approximately Rs 91,358) and the cryptocurrency has lost about 3.43 per cent in the last 24 years. However, data from CoinGecko shows that its value has increased by 6.3 percent compared to last Monday.
Gadgets 360’s Cryptocurrency Price Tracker explains a similar situation. Talking about other altcoins, most have seen losses over the weekend. Since the beginning of Monday, the global crypto market cap has seen a decline of 3.03 percent.
Coins such as BNB, Solana, Polygon, Stellar, Avalanche and Cardano have posted losses, while Monero, Chainlink, Uniswap and Cosmos have been able to maintain the value they were on Saturday.
Popular Shiba Inu and Dodgecoin as Mimecoins have also seen a slight decline in the past few days. Dodgecoin is currently priced at $0.07 (approximately Rs 5.6), after a drop of 0.77 per cent in the last 24 hours, while the Shiba Inu is priced at $0.0000011 (approximately Rs 0.000908). This is a decrease of 2.26 percent compared to the previous day. Despite the decline, BTC has seen a gain of 8 per cent in a week. If the bulls can sustain the price above the $21,000 level (approximately Rs.16.62 Lakh), then a move up is likely. But if BTC falls below that level, it will show bearish trend.
