Robinhood launches deposit and withdrawal service for Shiba Inu

Robinhood, the trading app for Shiba Inu, has started the transfer facility. Robinhood users can now transfer Shiba Inu on the platform, meaning tokens can now be sent and received on the Robinhood app. Along with the Shiba Inu, the platform has also started the transfer facility for other digital assets available on the platform including bitcoins.

The Shiba Inu is the second largest Mime cryptocurrency in the world. The Shiba Inu was listed on the Robinhood trading app in April. Robinhood placed the Shiba Inu on its platform after nearly 5 million votes were cast to add the cryptocurrency to its listing.

Robinhood entered the field of cryptocurrency trading in 2018. During that time many popular cryptocurrencies including bitcoin, dodgecoin were listed on the platform. Earlier this year, the app launched a non-custodial wallet, in which users can manage their cryptocurrencies on their own. Last month there were rumors that FTX might buy Robinhood, but later FTX denied such rumors.

The good news for Robinhood users is that they can now send and receive listed cryptocurrencies on the platform. Users can now use the withdrawal and deposit facility from the platform. Along with the Shiba Inu, Robinhood also listed Polygon (MATIC), Solana (SOL), and Compound (COMP) on its platform in April this year. In the same year, the app launched the wallet functionality. Digital assets like BTC, ETH, DOGE, MATIC, SHIBA INU, LTC, BCH, LINK are already supported on Robinhood.
